These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively govern the sales of SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL whose commercial name is Maison BOTTAZZI-BLONDEEL

These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other conditions.

Any clause to the contrary that has not been expressly accepted by us shall not be binding on us.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL constitute proof of all transactions between SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL and its Internet Customers.
The parts presented on our website and in our store window are mainly second-hand.
Our product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site or in store within the limits of available stocks. The availability of the products is considered immediate. In order to prevent any error in updating the site, we suggest that the Internet Customer call us before placing an order to confirm the availability of the chosen item. If this precaution has not been taken and in the event of unavailability of the product after placing the order the customer will be immediately refunded (in the case of payment by cheque, the refund will be made within 20 days from the date of cashing the cheque at our bank). The Internet Customer who has not taken the precaution of ensuring the availability of the product before placing an order may under no circumstances claim any compensation other than the full refund of the amount paid during the order.
The customer undertakes to comply with all laws and regulations relating to the acquisition of goods of any kind.
Article 2 – CONTROL OF PROPOSED PRODUCTS
All the items offered for sale are essentially second-hand and sometimes very old, they have all been subjected to systematic and very rigorous controls.
The quality of the precious metal, its titration,
The quality and appearance of the precious stones (Rosanna BLONDEEL and Bruno BOTTAZZI are both state-certified gemologists),
The quality, regularity and wear of the seams and welds,
The quality of polishing and possibly rhodium plating,
The verification of the period of birth of the jewel (for old or famous jewelry from a particular period Art Deco – Art Nouveau – 19th century…).
For watches, a systematic inspection is carried out by our approved workshop for all brands.
Article 3 – ORDERING VIA OUR WEBSITE
The information on the site is provided for information purposes only and is confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery when it becomes contractual.
Each order placed via our website www.bottazziblondeel.com is subject to a confirmation containing the details of the information. SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from an Internet Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or purchase.
For your security and in order to effectively fight against the fraudulent use that could be made of your means of payment SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL pays the greatest attention to your data. We systematically check the consistency of the information we have at our disposal. In this context, SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEL may exceptionally have to validate the identity of the Internet Customer. If the required information is not provided, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction carried out by the Internet Customer.
The validation of the order and its sending imply the unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale by the Internet Customer.

Article 4 – THE PRICE
The prices of all our items are indicated in euros and include all taxes (VAT – other taxes, if any). Secure shipments in metropolitan France are the responsibility of SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL. Our prices are calculated on the basis of the purchase conditions and may be modified at any time without prior notice, according to the evolution of their market price or the prices of the raw materials. Current orders will be invoiced and paid on the basis of the price indicated at the time the order is placed.
In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France (euro zone and other countries in the world), the secure shipping costs, including customs fees, will be paid by the Internet Customer and specified at the time of payment of the order on the website.
All orders are payable in euros.

No item can be shipped before full payment of the order.

Shipping costs for metropolitan France are free of charge,
Delivery charges for the French overseas departments, the euro zone and the rest of the world are to be paid by the Internet Customer for a flat-rate amount of €100.
Any customs fees are entirely at the expense of the Internet Client.
The delivery time is specified in the order confirmation.
All our shipments are secured and under our responsibility during the entire transport until they are received at the buyer’s address.
All our shipments are entrusted to FEDEX express and FEDEX international, once the package is processed by the carrier, the tracking number and the name of the carrier are communicated to the buyer.
All shipments entrusted to FEDEX are deliverable against a mandatory signature.
During delivery to his home or to the address provided when confirming the order, the Internet Customer must check the package (content and container) and report on the delivery slip before signing, any problem noted (damaged, opened or ripped, damaged, damaged or missing item), he must finally inform us of the problem encountered as soon as possible.
Article 7 – CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
Each of our jewellery is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity attesting to its period, quality, weight of gold as well as the number and weight of diamonds and/or precious stones when they are adorned with them. This certificate of authenticity will be issued to you by Mrs BLONDEEL Rosanna or Mr BOTTAZZI Bruno, both gemologist experts with state diplomas and from the Institut National de Gemmologie de Paris.
In accordance with Articles 217 – 4 and following of the Consumer Code, SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL certifies that the items sold comply in all respects with the certificate of authenticity at the time of delivery of each piece of jewellery and provides after-sales service in case of defect for any normal use of the item purchased (see Article 9 below).
In accordance with Article L 221-23 0 L 222-25 of the Consumer Code, the Internet Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package at his home. To exercise this right of retraction, the Internet Customer must inform us without delay of his intention to return while completing and signing the retraction form which will be communicated to SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL by e-mail at the address firstname.lastname@example.org
The Internet Customer will then proceed, within the time limits set, to reship the item in its original packaging, at his own expense and under his sole responsibility, which implies that the shipment must be made in registered parcel with acknowledgement of receipt including insurance against loss or theft of the value of the item returned.
The forwarding address will be BIJOUTERIE BOTTAZZZI BLONDEEL – 41 RUE DES MARTYRS – 75009 PARIS.
Any item returned incomplete, damaged, modified, having undergone any intervention whatsoever or soiled by the Internet Customer will not be taken back.
The returned and accepted item(s) will be refunded within 5 days following the date of receipt of the return package under the conditions SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL either by bank transfer (please attach a RIB to the withdrawal slip). For initial payments made by bank cheque, the refund will be made within 20 days of the date of delivery of the initial cheque to our bank.
Article 9 – WARRANTY AFTER SALE
All items sold by SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL are guaranteed.
Watches: watches are guaranteed parts and labour for one year (the date of purchase being proof)
Jewellery: all our jewellery is guaranteed for any hidden defects that may have escaped the vigilance of our expert jewellers – gemologists before the item was put on sale.
In the event of a problem with an item purchased from SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL, the Internet Customer must contact +33 (0)1 42 80 01 38 to describe the problem, a decision will then be taken based on the problem.
The warranty will not apply in the following cases:
Accident, accidental loss of an element of the article,
Incorrect handling or lack of care,
Intervention by an unauthorized third party or by any professional other than SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL,
Accident, accidental loss of a part of the watch,
Intervention by an unauthorized third party or by any professional other than SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL,
Wear or damage to batteries, strap, case and glass,
Presence of condensation water or traces of oxidation.
Our guarantee is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of parts found to be defective in our workshops, the immobilisation of the item may not give rise to any compensation or compensation for any reason whatsoever.
Any improper use, transformation or modification of the articles or equipment will result in the termination of the warranty.
The return of equipment under the warranty must be made at the expense and under the responsibility of the Internet Customer.
Article 10 – RESERVE OF PROPERTY
Whatever the method of payment, the items delivered remain the exclusive property of SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL until full payment and without reservation.
This clause, applicable within the framework of Law No. 80.335 of 12 May 1980 on the effects of retention of title clauses in sales contracts, is also enforceable against third parties in the event of bankruptcy or judicial settlement of the Internet Customer.
Article 11 – DISPUTE REGULATIONS – MEDIATION
In accordance with article R.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, SARL BOTTAZZZI-BLONDEEL is a member of the Centre de médiation de la consommation des Conciliateurs de Justice (Cm2c) ( email@example.com) or any commercial dispute with Internet or other Clients following a purchase.
