Dear customers,

Many of you are visiting our website and we thank you for your interest. Some of you have contacted us with specific questions about buying jewellery online. It therefore seemed appropriate to us to gather here the questions that any potential buyer is likely to ask himself before acquiring a valuable item on our site. Of course, we remain at your disposal by e-mail if you have any special requests.

Can I rely on the photos on the site to choose my jewelry ?

We take the greatest care in taking pictures of the precious objects that we present in our galleries. We offer several detail views and a view of the jewelry worn for the rings, to give you a more precise idea of the volume on the finger and hand. If you have any doubts or questions, do not hesitate to send us an e-mail to ask for more information.

Are the jewels delivered with a certificate ?

We are state-certified gemologist experts, so we will issue you a valid certificate for any jewelry purchase.

What payment methods do you offer ? Are they secure ?

We offer two totally secure payment methods: Paypal and CB (3D secure) You can also opt for a bank transfer. If necessary, do not hesitate to contact us and we will see what is the best solution for you.

What happens after I place my order ?

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Before each shipment, we inspect and prepare the precious item you have just acquired. Attention: for rings it is preferable to contact us as soon as the order is placed in order to check if there is a need to make a size adjustment. In this case, you will have to allow a little extra time for the preparation of your jewelry.

How long does it take to receive my order ?

Once your order has been prepared, we send it via a FEDEX service specialized in valuables. Your shipment is totally secure and insured for its real value. As soon as FEDEX takes care of it, we will inform you of the shipment of the package. Please, make sure you give us the exact address where you will receive the package and your telephone number.

Can I order from abroad ?

Of course, you can order from abroad. As soon as the payment has been made, we ask you to contact us to check the best shipping methods. Depending on the country where you’re living, there may be specific constraints that may result in additional shipping costs.

Is it possible to return my order if it does not correspond to what I wanted ?

Sure. Before returning your order we ask you to contact us to see all the details. The jewel must be returned to us in the same condition as the one in which it was sent. The return package must be properly packaged and protected, with insurance covering its full value and a secure shipping method.

Can I order and pay online and then come to the store to pick up the jewelry ?

Of course! If your time schedule and geographical location allow it, we will be pleased to welcome you to our store at 41, rue des Martyrs, Paris 9, France.

Do your galleries display all the jewellery you have in stock ?

We strive to present in near real time all the jewellery available on our Internet galleries. Feel free to visit them regularly to discover our different collections of precious objects.

I flashed on a piece of jewellery but I have trouble deciding... Can I book it ?

We do not offer a reservation with a reflection period. Even if the hesitations before an online purchase are understandable, we draw your attention to the fact that a piece of jewellery can be sold on a click! The Internet is an open space with potential customers from all over the world. An Internet user may also have flashed on the same jewel… Furthermore, we sell unique pieces, so it will be impossible for us to provide you with the same piece if it has been sold.

What is the quality of the jewellery you present on your site ?

With more than 20 years of experience in antique jewellery, we focus only on very beautiful pieces, some of which are even exceptional. In all cases, they are unique pieces, a testimony to the know-how that has made the glory of high French jewellery, especially during the Art Deco period. The jewellery is most often made of gold or platinum. We draw your attention to gold titration: if 18 carats is the standard, it was not always the case in other countries a few decades ago. If you really like a jewel and it is made of 14-carat gold, don’t stop at that point. Finally, the difference in value between the two titrations is small, so you might miss a piece that matches your taste for a simple “theoretical” question.
